    针对目前工业自动化生产中如何利用PLC准确并可靠地获取变频器实时状态的问题进行研究,提出一种基于TIA博途软件组态搭建的PLC与变频器通讯系统。该通讯系统采用西门子S7-1500型PLC与SEW变频器,通过Profinet总线建立数据交互,实现了PLC实时获取各个变频器的频率、输出电流、转速、有效功率和故障代码。详述了该通讯系统的硬件选型、接线以及软件组态、通讯程序的编写。通过对通讯系统进行实际运行,验证系统的各项功能,分析运行结果得出结论:系统通讯效果良好,可靠,稳定性高,满足了系统方案设计的需求。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problem of how to obtain the real-time state of inverter accurately and reliably by PLC in the current industrial automation production, a PLC and inverter communication system based on TIA Portal software configuration is proposed. The communication system uses Siemens S7-1500 PLC and SEW frequency inverter to establish data interaction through the Profinet bus, enabling PLC to obtain the frequency, output current, speed, effective power and fault code of each inverter in real time. The hardware selection, wiring and software configuration and communication program of the communication system are described in detail. By carrying out the actual operation of the communication system, verifying the functions of the system, the analysis and operation results conclude that the system communication effect is good, reliable, stable and meets the needs of the system design.
