Abstract:According to the requirements of bit error rate test for communication devices, the BER test function is developed in the vector signal analyzer software of microwave and millimeter wave signal analyzer. First, heterodyne frequency conversion and AD sampling are performed on the input signal, then digital down conversion and data storage are completed in FPGA, finally, pulse search, vector demodulation, adaptive equalization, synchronous search and bit error rate statistics are completed in vector signal analyzer software. The design results show that the BER test function designed by the scheme is easy to use, and can be displayed synchronously with the demodulation graph and modulation quality results, and the test results are rich.
