    摘要:

    为了提高生产车间的工作效率,满足企业节能降耗的需求,设计了一种基于机器视觉的标准件自动分拣控制系统。解决了生产车间标准件分拣的难题,代替了传统的分拣方式,提高了分拣精度和效率,符合现代工控领域的发展。该系统由图像采集系统、图像处理系统和硬件PLC控制的气动分拣设备组成。图像的采集和处理系统是本设计的核心模块,以LabView为研究平台建立了基于机器视觉的图像处理系统,通过对工作区域内的工件进行图像采集,利用Vision Assistant软件进行编程实现可视化建模,完成工件的特征提取与测量,并且成功地将分拣信号通过计算机传递给执行机构。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the work efficiency of the production workshop and meet the needs of energy saving and consumption reduction of enterprises, a standard automatic sorting control system based on machine vision was designed. It solves the problem of standard parts sorting in the production workshop, replaces the traditional sorting method, improves sorting accuracy and efficiency, and conforms to the development of modern industrial control. The system consists of an image acquisition system, an image processing system and a pneumatic sorting equipment controlled by a hardware PLC. The image acquisition and processing system is the core module of this design. An image processing system based on machine vision is established with LabView as the research platform. The image acquisition of the workpiece in the work area is performed, and the Visual Assistant software is used to program to achieve visual modeling. Complete the feature extraction and measurement of the workpiece, and successfully transfer the sorting signal to the actuator through the computer.
