Abstract:Aiming at the demand of testing the complex performance of intelligent TAS sensors for steering by wire, the basic principle of the sensors is studied and analyzed, and a LabVIEW-based sensor testing system is built using hardware such as USBCAN interface, STM32 module and servo motor. The system carries out serial communication between the upper computer and the lower computer by calling the dynamic link library TSMaster.dll function, realizes the simulation of the operating conditions of the sensor, and realizes the protocol parsing of the smart TAS sensor by using the smart car interface, and realizes the synchronous acquisition of the sensor and servo motor signals by using the notifier mode in the LabVIEW upper computer development environment, meanwhile The data analysis modules such as discrete Fourier analysis and corner cursor algorithm are designed to process the acquired signals. The test data show that the deviation of the sensor torque signal output is always within ±0.15° and the steering wheel turning angle error is within ±0.7°. The designed test system can perform the composite measurement of torque and turning angle performance of the intelligent TAS sensor within the ideal range, which accelerates the progress of the manufacturer's R&D as well as production, and has practical application value.
