    本文阐述了一种基于紫外荧光法的金属表面清洁度测试仪的设计与实现过程。首先介绍了金属表面清洁度检测的重要性以及现有检测方法的局限性,突出了紫外荧光法在该领域应用的优势以该产品的主要特点。随后介绍了紫外荧光法的检测原理,阐述了测试仪的整体设计架构,包括硬件设计及核心电路的设计,软件设计及数学模型的建立方法等。最后,通过展示一些具体的现场应用案例,充分说明其在不同金属材质、不同污染类型和程度下的准确性和可靠性,为金属表面清洁度的快速、精准检测提供了有效的技术手段,在工业生产、质量控制等相关领域有着重要的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    This paper describes the design and realization of a metal surface cleanliness tester based on UV fluorescence method. Firstly, it introduces the importance of metal surface cleanliness testing and the limitations of the existing testing methods, and highlights the advantages of the UV fluorescence method in this field and the main features of the product. Then, the detection principle of UV fluorescence method is introduced, and the overall design architecture of the tester is described, including hardware design and core circuit design, software design and mathematical modeling methods. Finally, by showing some specific on-site application cases, its accuracy and reliability in different metal materials, different types and degrees of contamination are fully illustrated, which provides an effective technical means for the rapid and accurate detection of metal surface cleanliness, and has an important application value in industrial production, quality control and other related fields.
