The plastic pressure testing method is an effective and convenient means of evaluating the damage field of ammunition under approximate real combat conditions, and it is also the development direction of field explosion shock wave testing. However, the current calibration method is not suitable for calibrating plastic pressure sensors. In view of this problem, this paper proposes a quasi-dynamic calibration method based on the falling hammer dynamic calibration device. The principle of the quasi-dynamic calibration method is introduced, and the method of controlling the pressure pulse width is analyzed. The existing pressure-generating cylinder is improved and designed, and a pressure-generating cylinder suitable for the quasi-dynamic calibration of plastic film is developed. Finally, the 40mm in diameter and 0.3mm thick H62 copper film is calibrated using the falling hammer hydraulic dynamic calibration device, and the experimental results show that the pressure-generating cylinder can be used for the calibration research of plastic elements with a pressure range of 0-5MPa.
