    摘要:

    针对变电站内可能出现的火灾、SF6泄露、入站盗抢等情况,本文设计了一种基于SPCE061A单片机,通过GPRS发送手机短信完成变电站警报的物联网智能安防系统。该安防系统主要由三部分组成:主控单元(凌阳单片机SPCE061A)、采集(温度、烟雾、门磁传感器)单元、无线GPRS(MC35)网络报警单元。SPCE061A是主控部分,并利用温度、烟雾、门磁等传感器采集信息,内置A/D完成数据采集,并支配MC35完成无线传输,把险情以手机短消息的形式及时发送报警信息到多个人,实现手机多点自动互联。实验结果表明,该系统响应速度灵敏、警报无时延、可靠性高、布线简单,且价格低廉,应用前景广泛,不仅可以用在变电站,还可以用在居民楼、商场、仓库等一系列场合中。

    Abstract:

    In response to possible fire, SF6 leakage, and inbound robbery in the substation, this article designs an IoT intelligent security system based on the SPCE061A single-chip microcomputer that sends mobile phone text messages via GPRS to complete substation alarms. The security system is mainly composed of three parts: the main control unit (Lingyang MCU SPCE061A), the acquisition (temperature, smoke, door sensor) unit, wireless GPRS (MC35) network alarm unit. SPCE061A is the main control part, and uses temperature, smoke, door sensor and other sensors to collect information, built-in A / D to complete data collection, and directs MC35 to complete wireless transmission, and sends alarm messages to multiple people in the form of mobile phone short messages in time. Multi-point automatic interconnection of mobile phones. The experimental results show that the system is sensitive in response speed, no delay in alarms, high reliability, simple wiring, low cost, and broad application prospects. It can be used not only in substations, but also in residential buildings, shopping malls, warehouses and other occasions .
