Abstract:Aiming at the problems that the sorting and handing robots are immovable,single operation,cannot be sorted and transported intelligently,this paper designs a monocular vision intelligent sorting and handing robot.The robot obtains information through the camera,performs median filtering,shadow removal,image segmentation processing on the image, combines the shape and color characteristics to identify the material.A camera angle feedback ranging method is proposed to locate the target and improve the target positioning.Accuracy and real-time;adopts incremental PID control to make the robot movement more stable and fast.Experiments show that the robot can accurately and efficiently complete the sorting and transportation of materials in a complex environment, which has certain application value.
